Anytime I see Ffos Las in print I allways wonder wtf it stands for!
A couple of edges I've found for todays lay minded amongst us.. looking at both Ayr and Ffos as a unit, any beast priced in the 2/1 to 9/2 bracket in Handicaps will, over the long term, produce winning returns of just 70.8% at Betfair SP.
Thats a decent laying stat in anyones view.
Out of 152 selections in the past six years, only 24 have saluted the judge giving us layers an 84.2% strike rate. Laying in running gives us the opportunity to beat the BFSP even further as we are all well aware that the lower sp's generally tighten again once in play. My strategy for today will be to dutch lay some ,at these prices, in running with a view to greening up if the chance arises.
