Finding Galway pretty good for the in-running trades with the huge fields and multiple little gambles going on per race. Upped the bank again yesterday quite easily, in fact and coupled with some decent returns from Goodwood, it was a hugely successfull day for me.
The two I had targeted at Goodwood drifted well out prior to the off which would normally be an opportune time to green up for me but I was on such a roll, I thought nothing of leaving everything to go in play. Rebel Soldier was easily available at 5's and 6's through the 2.45 at Goodwood before going on to lead and win by a head eventually. I traded out for a small profit having layed at 3.25 initially... lucky with that one!
Big Issue in the 5.05 maiden, I had layed at 3.00 early on and seeing the sheer size of the animal going to post, I traded out pre race at 5's. The horse lost but is one to note for the future as it came home like a train once it got the hang of this racing lark!
Haven't had a look at todays cards yet but it certainly looks a decent day for us... let's see how we go.
Good luck.
